Bishop Brandon Jacobs

In this message, Bishop Brandon A. Jacobs challenges us to look beyond spiritual gifts and examine our spiritual maturity. Using the church at Corinth as a backdrop, he explains how we can be gifted, talented, and even highly visible while still lacking maturity in our walk with God.

Bishop Jacobs reminds us that our gifts should point people to Christ, not ourselves. He also challenges us to pay attention to how we respond when life gets difficult, because our response in hard seasons can reveal more about our spiritual growth than what we do when everything is going well. This message calls us to move beyond being gifted and become mature in God.
